Definition
Electronic Voice Phenomena, is the detection of voices of unknown
origin by electrical or electronic means. Furthermore, these
apparently human voices can be heard to 'speak' in a recognized
language by the listener - and on occasion, interact by the response
to questions and comments.
There have been many suggestions as to the origination of these
voices. However it is worth noting that many experimenters and
observers have been convinced that they were listening and in some
cases, communicating with dead people! And then there are of course
suggestions that the consciousness (or some part) of these deceased
remain active - if not alive in their own world or dimension.
Recent scientific investigation and theory, especially in the field
of quantum physics, suggest the possibility of some entity
associated with our living selves - existing beyond physical death.
Now many historical beliefs and religions have said the same for millennia,
although a skeptic may suggest that this was more through 'wishful
thinking'.
Generally speaking, the quality of these electronically detected and
recorded voices are not ideal. Often the listener has to replay the
recording a number of times before being able to discern what is
being actually said. Although we believe this simply to be a
'technical difficulty' which we have overcome.

The Beginning
E.V.P. has been known of for some time. In fact the first documented
audio recordings were made back in 1959 by Mr Friedrich
Jurgenson, known by some as 'the father of E.V.P. He called these
'Voices of the Universe' of which he wrote about in his book by the
same name...
